Your Weekly Tarot Card Reading Is Warning You Not to Overdo It
You don’t need to know the difference between a three-card and a Celtic cross spread to get the most out of a tarot card reading. All you need: your Sun sign! Here’s what I do: Shuffle my tarot deck and pull out the cards in order from Aries to Pisces, plus one general card for everyone so that you can get specific advice around your personality. Let’s go!
A GENERAL CARD FOR EVERYONE: TEMPERANCE
Venus moves into Leo this week, making us all feel like showing off a little. Temperance asks you to moderate that urge with humility, dignity, and wisdom. This isn’t just about posting thirst traps; this is about letting others see what you have to offer them. Think about your niche, your goals, and your circle of influence. Know that you are useful, valuable, and needed. Use this knowledge to ground yourself. You matter.
ARIES: THE HANGED MAN
Stop fighting. Stop resisting. Stop trying to force something to be what it’s plainly not. Instead, surrender. Let the circumstances and environment be what they are, without your intervention. Then, step back and review the whole situation. Is this what you want? If nothing changed, could you stand it? The Hanged Man is a powerful card of acceptance. It reminds you that when you can’t change your surroundings, you might have to change yourself. A new perspective will emerge to help you through this.
TAURUS: ACE OF WANDS
Ready to start something new? This could be a craft, a class, a hobby, travel plans, a friendship, or a routine. What do you do in your free time? If you think you could make more out of it, then this is definitely the week to test the waters. Sign up, join in, and contribute. Look back at activities you’ve wanted to do in the past. Maybe now you have the time, energy, or resources to commit to them.
GEMINI: KING OF CUPS
You give really good advice, Gemini. You’re smart, creative, perceptive, and adaptable. You notice everything, you can see all the angles, and you have the imagination to predict the consequences. You are also a great talker can deliver hard messages easier than most people. This places you top of the list for helping others see the truth, adapt to it, and decide what to do next. You will be in demand this week! Don’t worry, the King of Cups will bring you all the wisdom, patience, and compassion you need.
CANCER: THREE OF PENTACLES
Your dedication, hard work, and diligence have been noticed by people with influence. You are probably going to get some good news at work this week, or at least you’ll spot an opportunity to make a good impression. Showcase your successes, amplify your skills, and be open about what you can offer. The Three of Pentacles is proof that others want what you have to give. This is a great week to apply for a new job or ask for a promotion.
LEO: THE TOWER
Be honest about what you don’t think is working, what has been a disappointment, and what might be running it course. Nothing lasts forever, after all. Part of maturing is learning to recognize cycles and know when it’s time to withdraw and start afresh. The Tower will bring about the beginning of the end of something. It’s for the best. The universe is clearing out what you no longer need, so let it happen.
VIRGO: TEN OF WANDS
Virgo, everyone knows you are a perfectionist. Well, it’s time to take a break! You are ready for some good, deep rest. Get done what really needs to get done this week, and then clear your schedule as much as possible. Spend some time simply chilling out. The Ten of Wands warns that burnout is coming. Don’t take on any more. Focus on yourself. Get the time and space you so need.
LIBRA: THE SUN
The Sun has you living your very best life this week, Libra! Where are you? I’ll come join! It’s a great week to travel, throw a party, fall in love, make new friends, or do something that thrills you. The Sun is about living the life you want to lead and, in the process, attracting even more good things.
SCORPIO: PAGE OF PENTACLES
You’re very ambitious, Scorpio. You want to fulfill your career potential and be respected as an expert. The key to this path is education. This week, figure out what options are available to you. Sign up for a class, go back to school, or ask a trusted mentor for their advice. Knowledge is power.. Make yourself indispensable and desirable by expanding your skills.
SAGITTARIUS: THE WORLD
You are the zodiac’s biggest traveler, Sag. You get excited by a map, or an empty passport waiting to be filled with stamps and adventures. The World invites you to set a new travel goal. Maybe you’re coming up with the idea, or maybe you’re researching one you already have. Think big. Out of all the zodiac signs, you’re destined to see the most you can of this beautiful planet. Get going.
CAPRICORN: NINE OF CUPS
The Nine of Cups is inviting you to go back to your childhood. Remember what you wished you were? Or what you wanted to become when you were grew up? However fanciful or fantastical, go back and take this kid seriously. Look at your daydreams, evaluate the core essence of why you had them, and take a life lesson from them. Are you doing what you truly want to do? The Nine of Cups indicates that something from the past can help you in the present. Go find it.
AQUARIUS: FOUR OF WANDS
Believe in your ability to step up, take responsibility, and climb the career ladder. It’s time to make a step forward. No one ever feels entirely ready because we all grow into things, but the initial shift is coming soon—within the month. So, be overt and confident. Ask for what you want. Apply for that job, ask for that promotion, or pitch that project. Something major is coming your way.
PISCES: KING OF WANDS
Be bold and brilliant. You are the final sign of the zodiac, Pisces—they saved the best for last! Have faith in yourself. Sometimes you can be too self-critical. The King of Wands wants you to celebrate your unique talent, creativity, intuition, and charisma. You can do anything you put your mind to. So what do you want to do? Think about your goals this week and trust that the higher you aim, the better it will be! It’s time to rise up.
