Wild moment Drake fans attack Rick Ross in Canada
This is the moment Rick Ross was attacked by Drake fans after he played Kendrick Lamar’s diss track against the Canadian rapper in his home country.
Ross, real name William Roberts, ended his set at the Ignite Music Festival in Vancouver on Sunday with Lamar’s chart-topping song against Drake, Not Like Us.
As Ross left the stage, with the song still playing, the rapper was confronted by a group who did not appreciate his closing song.
Footage of the incident shows one of the men punching Ross in the face after a short exchange. which sparked an all-out brawl.
Lamar made some serious accusations on his track Not Like Us, which was released shortly after he dropped Meet The Grahams.
In the new song, Lamar appears to accuse Drake, 37, of pursuing much younger girls, along with another member of his crew.
Not Like Us was released on YouTube with what appeared to be a graphic of Drake’s home covered with red sex offender symbols.
In the lyrics, the Pulitzer Prize winner hit out at the hitmaker and members of his October’s Very Own (OVO) crew.
Ross and Drake were once friends, but the Hustlin rapper has made it clear he is on Lamar’s side in the rap beef.
In a series of online posts antagonizing the Canadian rapper back in April, Ross claimed that Drake had surgery to remove fat and accentuate his abs — calling Drake ‘BBL Drizzy’.
Ross also accused the God’s Plan artist of having a nose job in his Champagne Moments single.
In the lyrics, Ross calls Drake a ‘white boy,’ and raps ‘That’s why you had an operation to make your nose smaller than your father nose.’
Drake denied making any changes to his appearance, writing back, ‘I would have got us a 2 for 1 deal if I went ma.’
He then pushed back against his nemesis explaining, ‘It’s coming from Rick Ross the guy I did songs with.’
Drake then made allegations about the B.M.F artist using a diabetes drug that can also promote weight loss.
‘He’s gone loopy off the Mounjaro he hasn’t eaten in days and it’s turned him angry and racist,’ he claimed adding, ‘he’s performing at proms for money it’s bad don’t worry we’ll handle it.’
Drake tagged Ross on the Instagram Story slide writing, ‘You’re one nosey goof.’
After Drake posted his denial, the Lyrical Eazy rapper was quick to hit back, sharing a video showing his luxurious swimming pool with a yellow nose emoji, writing BBL Drizzy and tagging the (drake) at @champagnepapi.
‘I just realized BBL Drizzy called his mommy on me,’ The Boss artist said on the clip.
