Just when you thought the college baseball coaching carousel was about to wind down with Texas A&M hiring Michael Earley, it’s back in full motion with Jason Kelly resigning his post as head coach of the Huskies to join Earley’s staff at Texas A&M.

Kelly’s departure from Washington is another example of our sport’s changing tide. While Kelly was making around $550K as the head man for the Huskies, sources say he will get much more than that to be the associate head coach for the Aggies in the Southeastern Conference.
