The Red Sox have been one of the best teams in the majors this season when it comes to stealing bases. Boston has collected the fourth-most steals this year with 78, surpassing the Philadelphia Phillies on Sunday night.
Jarren Duran (15 stolen bases) and Hamilton (14) have led the way for the Red Sox this season.
While the Yankees are the top team in the AL East, the Red Sox have held their own in the rivalry matchup over the weekend. New York took the first game 8-1, but Boston responded with an 8-4 win on Saturday. The Red Sox managed to clinch the series with a 9-3 win on Sunday.
