Vida Fitness launches new gym in Reston Row near Metro station | FFXnow
Vida Fitness in Reston is now open.
According to a spokesperson, the new 50,000-square-foot facility, which spans three levels of an office tower at 1845 Reston Row Plaza, held its soft opening this past Saturday (May 25).
The gym is within walking distance of the Wiehle-Reston East Metro station and features a multitude of amenities, including a day spa, a rooftop swimming pool and lounge, a full-service bar and cafe in the lobby, a hair salon, workspaces, sauna rooms, facilities for oxygen treatment and recovery strength, nd more, per the gym’s website.
The studio is still offering membership deals for residents within a 10-mile radius, and newcomers can schedule a free visit. It provides parking validation for three hours on weekdays and eight hours on weekends during pool season, which runs from May through September.
Vida Fitness operates six other locations in the D.C. area, but its only other Virginia location is in Ballston.
The gym is located in the Reston Row district of Reston Station, the massive mixed-use development that Comstock has been building around the Metro station. The developer celebrated a milestone in early May when it “topped out” construction on a JW Marriott Hotel and Residences that’s expected to be completed next spring.
Reston Row will also be home to the restaurants Ebbitt House and Noku Sushi, the mini golf facility Puttshack, and the French bakery Tous les Jours. When fully built, the neighborhood will consist of 1.5 million square feet of development, including housing and office buildings.
