‘Serious Situation’ With WWE Star Prior To Money In The Bank – WrestleTalk
WWE have revealed a ‘serious situation’ with a current WWE star prior to their match at Money In The Bank 2024.
Jacob Fatu is set to make his in-ring debut for WWE on tonight’s show, when he teams with Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga against Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton and Kevin Owens on the show.
There had been concerns regarding Fatu’s status for the show, given he had previously been prevented from leaving the United States due to his criminal record.
On the Countdown to Money In The Bank show, Michael Cole detailed a ‘serious situation’ with Fatu, noting that WWE and Triple H had to get involved with Canadian authorities to allow him into the country for the match.
He said:
“There’s been a lot of jokes running around about Jey Uso and Jey getting into the country of Canada, but we have a serious situation when it involves Jacob Fatu.
“I understand that the WWE, including Triple H, actually had to get involved with Canadian authorities to actually allow Jacob Fatu to get into this country for this match tonight.
“This is how dangerous this man is considered, not only by WWE, but outsiders as well.”
