Samantha Irvin WWE Status Update Ahead Of Ricochet Departure – WrestleTalk

There has been an update on Samantha Irvin’s WWE future ahead of her fiancée Ricochet’s upcoming departure.

Former Intercontinental Champion Ricochet gave notice to WWE last week that he will be exiting the company at the expiration of his contract, which is set to expire in July.

Ricochet was seemingly written off WWE television on this week’s Raw, when Bron Breakker Powerslammed him through a car windshield.

Ahead of Ricochet’s departure, some fans have been speculating on the future of his fiancée, ring announcer Samantha Irvin, who was a part of Ricochet’s write off angle on Raw.

In an update from Fightful Select (subscription required), Samantha will be remaining with WWE, and has travelled to Scotland with the company ahead of this weekend’s Clash at the Castle event in Glasgow.

There was a report that WWE was potentially going to have Ricochet return to television for one final match against Bron Breakker following his write off, which you can see here.
