Quaker Windows and Doors to expand in Eldon, creating 220 jobs – Missourinet

(Eldon, MO) – A window and door company in central Missouri is expanding, creating 220 jobs.

Quaker Windows and Doors is investing more than $30 million in the expansion that will add a vertical paint line. It is also expanding its insulating glass production.

“Quaker has become a huge part of Eldon,” said Eldon Mayor Trevor Vernon. “The town is being revitalized and Quaker has been a big part of that.”

Through its expansion, Quaker will add 300,000 square feet, bringing its total space to nearly 800,000 square feet.

“The expansion of Quaker will not only create more new jobs, boosting local employment, but will also continue to generate revenue for our local business and further expand our housing market,” said Mandy Asbury, Eldon City Administrator. “Increased economic activity will benefit our schools, improve infrastructure, and elevate the overall quality of life for our residents.”

For this expansion, the state will provide Quaker Windows and Doors with help through the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to funding through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.

“We’re thrilled to see Quaker continuing to grow and create even more opportunities in Eldon,” said Michelle Hataway, Director of the Department of Economic Development. “As a longstanding community partner and quality employer, Quaker’s success in central Missouri is helping Missourians prosper. Our team is grateful to support this leading manufacturer alongside our partners as it embarks on the next chapter of its inspiring story.”

The company’s upgrades are expected to be complete by the fall of 2025.

Missourinet contacted the Eldon location to find out how many people currently work at that location. This story will be updated once the information becomes available.
