Westfield UTC, an outdoor shopping center in University City near UC San Diego, announced four new openings this month to add to its portfolio of fashion boutiques, restaurants and wellness locations.

The latest additions show the center’s commitment to creating a unique shopping experience. New additions to the center include Venchi, a dessert shop; PAIGE, a modern boutique; Studs, a piercing shop, and new menu additions to Lucrezia, an Italian restaurant located in the center.

“Westfield UTC continues to curate a collection of exceptional brands that resonate with our discerning shoppers,” Ryan Perry, Sr., the general manager of Westfield  UTC, said.

Venchi

An internationally renowned Italian chocolate and gelato shop, Venchi has officially opened the doors of its first Chocogelateria in Southern California. Guests can enjoy premium chocolate or gelato, free of preservatives or palm-oils, making it a great stop for chocolate and dessert lovers.

PAIGE

PAIGE opened its 24th retail location at Westfield UTC, filled with brand-new displays from PAIGE’s Summer 2024 lifestyle collection. Known for it’s modern coastal aesthetic, the store promises an immersive shopping experience, craft-made clothing, and a wide variety of categories for men and women.

Studs

Studs is creating a new experience for ear piercings and jewelry, with safe and healthy ear piercing with needles instead of piercing guns and providing a wide assortment of high-quality earrings.

Lucrezia

Lucrezia, a well-established Italian dining experience in the center, is now serving an executive menu which features a three-course meal. Offered during lunch hours (12-3 p.m.), diners can choose one item from each of the three courses including fresh oysters, an italian chopped salad, a pasta bolognese and dessert items such as gelato or sorbetto. The offerings are available for $29/person, with the option to pair with a house red or white for $8 or for $5.
