Nikki Glaser reveals who booed Kim Kardashian first at the Tom Brady roast: ‘So riled up’
She’s spilling the secrets.
Comedian Nikki Glaser, 39, who took part in the roast of Tom Brady on Netflix, has revealed the real reason why the crowd infamously booed Kim Kardashian.
Glaser put the blame on some “wild guy who’s a comedian” with a “reputation for just, like, starting s–t.”
“Apparently, he started the boo as just, like, a joke. He just had too many drinks or something, and he’s not affiliated with Swifties or anything [and] just felt like saying a boo into the air, and apparently everyone was so riled up,” she said on Tuesday’s episode of the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast.
During the May 5 roast, the reality TV star, 43, walked on the stage in a black dress with a glass of Champagne in her hand, ready to poke fun at Brady.
But as she began to address fellow presenter Kevin Hart, loud boos emitted from the crowd at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles.
“All right, all right, all right,” she said to the crowd, looking awkward.
Hart, 44, could be heard off-camera saying, “whoa,” over and over.
After the boos settled down, Kardashian addressed the rumors that she and Brady, 46, once dated.
“Speaking of Tom and I dating, I know there were some rumors that we were, and I’d never say if we did or not, I’d just release the tape,” she joked.
The Skims founder and former Patriots quarterback were linked in July 2023 after they both attended Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin’s Fourth of July white party in the Hamptons.
At the time, Page Six reported that Kardashian and Brady “talked briefly” at the party, and are only “friends.”
Brady got in a dig at Kardashian, with a jab about her ex-husband, Kanye West.
During the roast, he said, “I know Kim was terrified to be here tonight. Not because of this, but because her kids are home with their dad.”
On the podcast, Glaser further explained that the boos had nothing to do with the bad blood between Kardashian and Taylor Swift.
“It just kinda caught wind, but it wasn’t Swiftie-meditated. I do have that on good information that it was not based on that. Because I was like, this doesn’t feel like a huge Swiftie crowd, but it didn’t feel like that was the vibe in the room,” she continued.
The “FBoy Island” host said she believed that those who booed the “Kardashians” star were “sports fans wanting to have some sort of release to boo.”
“The guy started it as a joke, and it caught on too much, but I was so glad to learn it was not Swiftie-meditated,” Glaser said.
Glaser did not name who “the guy” was. The Post reached out to Glaser for comment.
