The outward appearance of a downtown business has become more attractive to the eye, due to a fresh color palette. The building is rented to Evan Ernst and houses his Refuse To Quit Fitness Center, 222 W. Main Street, Morrison, IL. The property is owned by Kyle Huebner of Fulton, IL. There, he is Owner/Trainer of KT3 Fitness–also a full service fitness center.
On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, Burg’s Painting LLL employees began the transformation. Matt Iburg of Clinton, IA, and Brandon Schneider of Fulton touched up the west side wall and finished trim work, respectively, on Tuesday, July 9.
Iburg stated the colors used were “French Gray” for the facade; darker “City Scape” for the accent; “Tri-Corn Black” as trim. Iburg stands below Schneider, who finished the trim.
