NDA to wrest Andhra Pradesh from Jagan Reddy: Axis My India poll

The India Today-Axis My India exit poll predicts a significant victory for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the Andhra Pradesh assembly elections, forecasting 98-120 seats out of 175.

The NDA, including BJP, TDP, and JSP, is set for a strong comeback.

The TDP is expected to be the largest party with 78-96 seats, BJP to win 4-6 seats, and JSP 16-18 seats. The ruling YSRCP may see a decline, projected to secure 55-77 seats, down from 151 in 2019.

The exit poll indicates an 85-seat gain for the NDA compared to 2019, while YSRCP’s seats are expected to drop.

In terms of vote share, the NDA may see a 5% increase, while YSRCP could face a 6% decrease.
