The Naperville Park District is offering three outdoor fitness programs for free this summer.
Instructors from Fort Hill Fitness will lead group classes designed to strengthen your mind and body, such as yoga, Zumba and mediation. Each class is held outside at either the Wagner Family Pavilion at 95th Street Community Plaza, or the Millennium Carillon.
• Morning Yoga on Saturday, June 22, from 8 to 9 a.m. at 95th Street Community Plaza
• Zumba Party in the Park on Friday, July 12, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 95th Street Community Plaza
• Morning Meditation on Saturday, Aug. 24, from 8 to 8:55 a.m. at the Millennium Carillon at Rotary Hill.
“Exercising outdoors will help with attitude for the rest of the day,” said wellness manager Kimberly Monti. “A good dose of sunshine and great people just makes the day better.”
While these programs are free, registration for each class is required. For more details on these free programs, or other park district fitness program, visit napervilleparks.org/programguides.
