Naomi Campbell quite literally celebrated herself from head to toe all night long on Tuesday evening.
The supermodel chose a pair of white Naomi X Boss high-top trainer sneakers from her collaboration with Hugo Boss ahead of the upcoming “Naomi: In Fashion” exhibition opening later this week in London, England. The trendy looking, all white shoes are made fully of a mixture of luxurious cow and goat leathers. They have a rubber white sole and two riptape straps, bold branding and padded accents along with a premium leather lining. The shoes retailed originally for $350 but are currently on sale for $175.
The 56-year-old opted for a matching all white suit to pair perfectly with her sneakers as her black bra peeked out slightly of the deep v-neck cut blazer. In the photos, she’s seen standing and sitting inside the exhibit that shows off a variety of stylish gowns she’s worn over the years. The evening event was also supported by Boss.
Campbell designed the shoe as part of her first exclusive capsule collection with Hugo Boss that launched on February 15, 2024. According to a press release, the capsule was designed in close collaboration between both Boss and Campbell. The partnership aimed to draw inspiration from Campbell’s fast-paced lifestyle while reflecting the 24/7 wardrobe of a Boss woman that supports her dynamic life without compromising on style or practicality. The womenswear collection features a variety of items such as a jacket, t-shirt, suit and trench coat.
Although Campbell is known for walking the runway in sky high shoes, she’s been seen in a sneaker many times. She once wore a white dress with a pair of Nike Air Jordan 1 Zoom sneakers in pink while another time choosing a red striped pair of Adidas Stan Smith shoes on Red Nose Day in New York City. She even wore a pair of Nike OG Retro Air Jordan’s to dress down a long black dress during New York Fashion Week.
“Naomi in Fashion” is the first exhibition of its kind, exploring the extraordinary and unequalled career of the iconic fashion model. It opens to the public this Saturday and will take viewers through the work of leading global designers and photographers as it celebrates Campbell’s creative collaborations, activism and far-reaching cultural impact.
