The Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce & Industry, in collaboration with the Muscatine Community YMCA and IowaWORKS, is hosting a job and career fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, at the Muscatine Community YMCA, 1823 Logan Street.
The fair is free and open to the public and registration is not required.
Booths will be hosted by many local businesses, schools and staffing agencies, including Kent Corporation; HNI Corporation; SSAB; Bayer; Muscatine Power & Water;Musco Lighting; Muscatine Community College; Muscatine Fire Department; Muscatine Police Department; Muscatine Community YMCA; Vision Center; PC; Wendling Quarries; Norfolk Iron & Metal; Crossroads; Culver’s; Hy-Vee; Phelps Uniform Specialists; UnityPoint Health; Community Health Care; TanTara Transportation Co.; Carl A. Nelson & Company; Eastern Iowa Light & Power Cooperative; Temp Associates and RJK; Team Staffing Solutions; Sedona Staffing and Goodwill of the Heartland.

The city of Muscatine is taking applications for a variety of positions including transit driver, police officer, golf course clubhouse supervisor and many seasonal positions such as a pickleball instructor and golf course food and beverage.
