Milan Top 10 Spring 2025 Fashion Shows
Milan’s menswear showcase took shape across a particularly condensed calendar for the Spring 2025 season, meaning each day was marked by multiple major showings from the Italian fashion capital’s tentpole brands, plus exciting outings from the city’s bevy of can’t-miss emerging talents. Though it was a bit hard to catch a breath amid all the excitement – especially when the surprise drop of Alessandro Michele’s debut at Valentino came on the morning of the last day – that’s just how we like it, and now we can gladly take a moment to look back on the busy week’s best runway shows.
Relative newcomers Jordanluca and Magliano both continued to prove that Milan has plenty of fresh, youthful energy to offer, and, moreover, that Italian fashion can be something very different than what we may be used to and still look excellent.
With his second men’s collection for Gucci, creative director Sabato De Sarno introduced a new sense of vibrancy that expanded his nascent vision for the historic brand.
Prada takes home the top spot once again with Miuccia Prada’s and Raf Simons’ optimistic rethinking of a classic young man’s wardrobe, infusing imaginatively reinvented details to subtly challenge and inspire our perceptions of contemporary reality – whether virtual or otherwise.
Here are The Impression’s picks for the Top 10 runway shows from Milan’s Spring 2025 Menswear season as selected by our editor-in-chief, Kenneth Richard.
