Mila Kunis Latest Addition To ‘Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery’ Ensemble

EXCLUSIVE: Rian Johnson‘s next installment in the Knives Out franchise isn’t done adding to its already stacked cast as Deadline is hearing Mila Kunis is set to join Daniel Craig in Netflix’s Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery. She joins new cast members Josh O’Connor, Kerry Washington, Jeremy Renner, Glen Close, Cailee Spaeny and Andrew Scott with Craig set to return as world renowned detective Benoit Blanc and Rian Johnson back as director. Johnson penned the script and will produce though his T-Street along with producing partner Ram Bergman.

Plot details are unknown. The most recent pic, Glass Onion, bowed in 2022, with Craig returning as the Blanc. The film premiered on Netflix after the streamer made a record-setting $450 million deal for the two sequels, with this being the third in the series.

The Knives Out series is no stranger to delivering ensembles packed with star power and this installment looks to be no different. Production is set to start next month with Netflix planning to release sometime in 2025.

Best known for her roles in the Bad Moms franchise and her portrayal of Lily in Black Swan, Kunis was most recently seen starring and producing the adaptation of Luckiest Girl Alive. She is repped by Curtis Talent Management, CAA and Patti Felker.
