Nine-time Grammy winner Mary J. Blige tops the list of performers who will take the stage at this year’s St. Kitts Music Festival, scheduled for June 22 to 30 at Warner Park Stadium in Basseterre.
The festival, in its 26th year, features acts in a number of genres, including soul, soca, jazz, R&B, calypso, meringue, reggae, gospel and blues. Other headliners who will perform include Freddie Jackson, Third World, Adam O and Pumpa.
While the main music events will take place at Warner Park Stadium June 27 to 29, there are a number of bonus events and activities throughout the week, from beach parties and lunchtime concerts to exclusive boat rides. The festival’s final event will be the White Sands Mardi Gras party, at Carambola Beach Club on June 30.

“We are so proud of how much this festival has grown in recent years,” said Ellison “Tommy” Thompson, CEO of the St. Kitts Tourism Authority. “This epic weekend kicks off our annual Summer of Fun, creating even more reasons to visit St. Kitts in the summer months.”
As part of the the Seize the Summer promotion, which includes the Nevis Mango Festival on July 5 to 7, and the St. Kitts & Nevis Restaurant Week from July 11 to 21, guests can get up to two nights free at these participating properties: the Sugar Bay Club, St. Kitts Marriott Resort, Park Hyatt St. Kitts, Sunset Reef and the Royal St. Kitts Hotel.
