KK Exit Poll AP: Clean Sweep & Rude Shock to YSRCP

All the polling phases of the Indian General Elections have been concluded and the exit polls have started coming up across the country.

As everyone knows, Andhra Pradesh is one of the interesting states to watch out for in these elections as it underwent both assembly and Lok Sabha elections.

Most of the post-poll surveys predicted a huge victory for the alliance of Telugu Desam Party, Jana Sena and the Bharatiya Janata Party over the incumbent YSR Congress Party.

The same trend is following in the exit polls as well. Most of the exit polls that were out until now predicted the alliance to be the clear winner.

According to KK Surveys, the alliance will clean-sweep the assembly elections by winning 161 out of 175 seats. If this turns out to be true, YCP is going to receive a rude shock from the people of Andhra Pradesh.

The KK Surveys predicted that TDP would win 133 of the 144 contested seats. It reported that Jana Sena would win all 21 contested seats and BJP would secure seven out of the 10 contested seats.

On the other side, it stated that Jagan Mohan Reddy’s YCP would win only 14 out of the 175 seats it contested.

According to this survey, Jana Sena is set to win more seats than the YSR Congress Party in these elections. This is indeed a huge surprise and a big shocker to YCP.

Overall, these numbers are boosting the confidence of alliance leaders, while instilling fear in the hearts of YCP members. The election results will be declared on June 4.
