Kim Zolciak accuses Kroy Biermann of stealing. calls cops
Kim Zolciak took it up to the authorities against Kroy Biermann.
According to Page Six, Zolciak called 911 and emotionally broke down, accusing her husband Biermann of stealing her phone and getting locked in the primary bedroom amid their messy divorce.
According to footage obtained by TMZ, reports that the Real Housewives of Atlantaalum called for help desperately, as the former Atlanta Falcons star allegedly went against a court order that instructed the spouses to not cross their respective sides of their Atlanta, Ga., mansion.
“He’s going through my entire phone,” she told dispatchers in a recording from April. “He’s locked himself in the room going through all of my stuff.”
Zolciak, who got the primary suite in the order from the court, accused that Biermann, 38, “broke in” and was “taking everything out” of the room.
“He’s been screaming and yelling all night. He’s been out of his mind,” she said. “I feel so violated … I have divorce stuff in there, I have so many things in there.”
“Going through my phone is insane. I have nothing to hide. There’s no privacy,” the former Bravolebrity, 46, added while tearing up.
While their ten-year-old twins, Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, were sleeping upstairs, Zolciak seemed concerned about what Biermann was capable of, even though she denied that he ever got physical.
“I don’t know what he’s going to do. He’s not coming out. He’s not responding,” she said.
Officers were seen entering the former couple’s house in body camera footage, while the mother of six said that Biermann “frequently” entered her side of the house.
“This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense,” Zolciak told officers. “I deal with it every single day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. It’s just, enough is enough.”
As the officers tried to question Biermann through the bedroom door he refused to come out of the room, and denied having his estranged wife’s cell phone, claiming he didn’t know it was.
