Now, the actress has given a sneak peek into her yoga session, leaving us spellbound. The actress flawlessly aced sirsasana and that too without any support. She dropped a video of her attempting a perfect headstand amidst a lush green field. In case you don’t know, sirsasana is considered as “The king of yoga poses”, due to its phenomenal health benefits. It improves the concentration, balance and posture of the body and can reduce the production of stress hormones. Sharing the clip, Keerthy wrote, “The beauty of seeing the world upside down. The clip began with her acing baddha konasana and then swiftly transitioning into Parsva Sukhasana. She also attempted upavistha konasana. Sharing the video, Keerthy Suresh wrote, “Amidst all noise, tensions, stress, chaos and all the other rush in life, this is what keeps me calm and brings out my inner peace. Keep flexing for the good vibes to flow!”
