Jessica Biel spotted for first time since husband Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest

A stone-faced Jessica Biel was spotted returning to work in the Big Apple Tuesday — just hours after her husband Justin Timberlake was busted allegedly driving drunk in the Hamptons.

The 42-year-old actress was snapped in between takes as she filmed her upcoming Prime Video thriller series “The Better Sister” in Manhattan.

Donning a striped bodycon maxi dress and styling her hair in a bob cut, the mom-of-two appeared downcast at times after stepping out on the set.

At one point, Biel — who has been married to the “SexyBack” singer since 2012 — could be seen mustering up a brief smile as onlookers watched on.

Her return to the set unfolded soon after her 43-year-old hubby was pulled over and cuffed for allegedly blowing a stop sign and swerving out of his lane after leaving the posh American Hotel in Sag Harbor, LI, just after midnight in his gray BMW.

Timberlake told arresting officers he’d had just “one martini” while refusing three times to take a Breathalyzer test.

A witness at the bar told The Post the star, who is in the middle of a world tour, was “wasted — and even picked up someone else’s drink from the table and downed it when its owner went to the bathroom.

“When [the man] came back, [Timberlake] was drinking his drink. The guy goes, “Justin, that’s my drink!’’ the source said.

The 10-time Grammy winner was charged with driving while intoxicated and cited for running a stop sign and failure to keep in his lane, court documents show.

Timberlake, who has acknowledged previous issues with “excessive drinking,” was released without bail after his arraignment later Tuesday morning

He faces up to a year in Suffolk County jail if convicted of the DWI rap.

The so-called “Prince of Pop” has been on his The Forget Tomorrow World Tour since April — and has concert dates scheduled for next week in the Big Apple.
