Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have officially listed their Beverly Hills home amid rumors of a split
It’s official: Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have put their sprawling marital home in California on the market.
The move follows much speculation about their marriage being on the rocks, and the telling reappearance of listing photos for the Beverly Hills mansion reappearing on the property’s Zillow profile, as The Post previously reported.
Now, hardly a year since they purchased the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom, 38,000-square-foot behemoth, it’s formally back on the market as of Thursday, Mansion Global reported.
The power couple — who wed in 2022 — spent months house-hunting, and years of going in and out of escrow on multiple properties, before they settled on this approximately 5-acre estate. It’s now listed for $68 million, $7 million more than Lopez, 54, and Affleck, 51, paid $60.8 million in cash for the pad back in June 2023.
It’s “Recently renovated with the highest level of quality within the last 4 months and nestled in one of Beverly Hills’s most exclusive and secure enclaves lies the magnificent Crestview Manor,” says the listing, which is held by Santiago Arana of the Agency and has accrued more than 40,000 views on Zillow over the course of 18 hours. “Conveniently located minutes from the prestigious Beverly Hills Hotel and just 20 minutes from Van Nuys private airport, this estate is accessible only through private, gated streets.”
The post highlights the address’s most standout amenities, including a zero-edge pool, basketball and pickleball courts, a caretaker house, a gym and a boxing ring, while making no note of its high-profile current owners.
Other features include a 12-car garage and parking for 80 vehicles, a two-bedroom guardhouse and a separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse.
The real estate development bodes poorly for the pair’s love life, which has been sheathed in split rumors fueled significantly by J.Lo’s recent cancelation of an upcoming tour to spend more time with her family.
