‘I’m a fitness coach – here’s how I lost a stone easily without cutting food’
People often think that strict dieting is the key to weight loss, however one fitness influencer begs to differ.
Isabelle Morris, known as Fitness for Lazy Girls to her 110,000 Instagram fans, is all about ditching the diet restrictions.
She’s a champion of body positivity and encourages women to feel fabulous without constantly limiting their food intake. Recently, she took to Instagram to showcase her transformation over the past 10 months, where she dropped around a stone not by eating less, but by using food as fuel to achieve her goals.
Isabelle shared a side-by-side comparison of her body’s transformation, highlighting that small daily actions really do add up. In her post, she explained: “A little look at my progress over the past year and reminder your small daily actions add up, even if it doesn’t feel like it sometimes!”
She continued: “In the picture on the left, I’d just come off 6 months of bulking to intentionally put on muscle/weight, and I was about 2 months into a fat loss phase. From then until August 2023, I continued in a fat loss phase, and then moved into a reverse diet for several weeks before hanging out at maintenance for the fall and winter.”
The fitness influencer proudly revealed her recent journey back to a leaner physique, sharing with her followers: “I have been in a mini fat loss phase again for the past 2-3 months! There is absolutely nothing wrong with either photo, and I worked really hard to get to the picture on the left! But it feels good to know I showed up for myself consistently, pushed myself hard and made changes I’m proud of.”
She continued to inspire her fans by saying: “I am feeling confident and super excited about where I’m at! And never cut out a single food or social event along the way. If you’re looking to reach your goals without restrictions, join my coaching family! “.
Her post quickly racked up over 3,800 likes, with many of her fans chiming in to offer their support and congratulations.
One admirer gushed: “And you’re literally perfect both ways. What matters is you DID THAT! ! You showed up for yourself and help others do the same.”
Another fan commented: “I honestly don’t see much of a difference in either picture. You look great in both! ” while another shared their own fitness aspirations: “You look hot in both! I’m doing a ‘skinny summer’ as I call it, and then planning to bulk in the fall for the first time. Scared but excited.”
