Here’s What’s Going On With Britney Spears Relationship With Her Teenage Sons

This goes back to May 2023, when Kevin requested that their two children be relocated to Hawaii with him and their stepmother, Victoria Prince.

According to an ET report, Britney consented not to interfere with the move in a May 31 letter written by her lawyer, Mathew Rosengart. Her consent prevented Kevin and his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, from having to make a formal request in court.

According to Kaplan, Kevin has “sole legal custody over the existing orders, and even though Kevin has had what we call de facto sole physical custody or, for the last 15 months or more, the law still requires you to get the consent of the other co-parent.”
