Frontier Just Added 9 New Routes Across the U.S. — and Fares Start at $19
A low-cost airline is on the move with new flights to major cities including New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and more.
Denver-based Frontier Airlines recently announced the new routes, which will increase their operations to nine different airports. In celebration of the new schedule, Frontier is also running a fare sale with flights as low as $19 one-way, according to a release.
The airline will operate cross-country flights from New York’s JFK airport to Las Vegas, and from Atlanta (ATL) to Los Angeles (LAX).
“By providing exceptional value and a superior travel experience, ‘The New Frontier’ is leading the way in the airline industry when it comes to convenience and affordability,” Frontier Airlines’ Vice President of Network and Operations Design Josh Flyr said in the release.
The full listing of new flight routes and discounted fares include:
- Atlanta to/from Boston – $39
- Atlanta to/from Los Angeles – $59
- Boston to/from Charlotte – $39
- Boston to/from Dallas-Fort Worth – $59
- Las Vegas to/from New York JFK – $69
- Los Angeles to/from Sacramento – $19
- Sacramento to/from San Diego – $19
The promotional prices are valid through 11:59 pm EST on June 19, 2024, and are for travel from August 13, 2024 through November 13, 2024, with several restricted days. The fares listed above are only available to members of Frontier’s Discount Den, a paid subscription membership program that has a $59 annual fee and provides access to deals and other amenities for members.
This year, Frontier announced new service to a variety of other destinations including Puerto Rico, Barbados, and San Jose. In addition to the new routes, Frontier has recently taken steps to become a more customer-friendly airline with transparent pricing, and by eliminating change and cancellation fees.
