Jibraan Khan has come a long way in his career. From playing Krishi Raichand in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, to working as an assistant director in Brahmastra and now starring as a lead in Ishq Vishq Rebound, the actor has proved his prowess in the film industry. But, besides his professional commitments, Jibraan is equally dedicated to following a strict fitness regime. Teasing the release of his upcoming film, he shared a carousel of pictures and videos on Instagram, documenting his arduous training to slip into the shoes of his Ishq Visq Rebound character Sahir. Going shirtless, he displayed his envious ripped physique as he did a couple of exercises.

In another video, Jibraan treated viewers to a series of barbell pushups. The actor must be well-acquainted with the benefits of the exercise. This type of workout not only enhances cardiovascular health but also builds core stability, contributes to upper body strength, improves flexibility and boosts metabolism. Not just that, barbell pushups targets the chest, shoulder, and biceps delivering a lean-cut physique. 

Dumbbell deadlifts came next in Jubraan’s workout circuit.  Dumbbell deadlifts strengthen bone density, improve posture and stability, and are a great way to burn calories. “Sahir in the making,” captioned Jibraan in the post. 

Previously, Jibraan Khan offered his Insta-fam a sneak peek into his gym sessions. The actor showcased his expertise in performing Leg Lifts. With his back on a platform and hands supported on an iron bar, he lifted his legs in the air and brought them down in a repeated motion. This bodyweight exercise is effective in strengthening the abdominal, calf, hamstrings and hip flexor muscles. It targets the lower abdomen, helping to lose accumulated fat in the region.
