Fitness Icon Tries Former WWE Star Edge’s Insane 337 Grams Protein Diet

WWE star Adam Copeland, aka Edge, caught everyone off guard after his awe-inspiring transformation at the age of 50. The hype surrounding Edge’s transformation has now prompted fitness influencer Aseel Soueid to try out the WWE star’s diet for a day.

Soueid shared a video on his YouTube channel, stating, “337 grams of protein,” while featuring a snippet of Edge mentioning, “Very, very high in protein.” The influencer added, “6’5 and 240 pounds at 50 years old.”

For his first meal, Soueid prepared five egg whites cooked with spinach alongside a bowl of Maple Brown Sugar Bros, a high-protein supplement. Despite the simplicity of egg whites and spinach, he lauded the nutritional value of Bros, emphasizing its 30 grams of protein per serving.

Moving on to meal number two, Soueid opted for efficiency by cooking a variety of proteins at once: chicken breast, steak, and ground turkey. He consumed 10 ounces of chicken breast and a cup of white rice, noting Edge’s penchant for high-protein meals. Meal three consisted of ground turkey, rice, avocado, and Brussels sprouts, which Soueid deemed a “gourmet bodybuilding meal.”

For the pre-workout meal, Soueid crafted a protein smoothie inspired by Edge’s recipe, comprising ingredients like a Granny Smith apple, almond milk, and protein powder. Following his workout, Soueid enjoyed a steak with Brussels sprouts as meal number five, lamenting over the steak being cooked beyond his preferred medium-rare. Lastly, Soueid indulged in Nutty Chocolate Bros, reflecting Edge’s preference for a sweet yet protein-rich option before bed. In addition, Soueid stressed Edge’s advice saying it’s not a short-term thing.
