We all wish we could give our bodies a makeover sometimes, and one woman managed to do it in just 12 weeks.

Jo Beattie is a fitness and lifestyle coach who boasts a huge following on Instagram thanks to her helpful hints. Recently she showed off how “12 weeks of hard work” paid off for her in a big way.




She admitted she’s “so happy” with the results, and the pictures reveal just how much her body has changed. Before she started her new regime, she looked fuller and a little more rounded.

Just three months down the line and she’s rocking killer abs thanks to the few simple changes she made to her routine. It’s great news for Jo, as she admitted she had a tough start to the year.

She wrote: “It was a rough start to the year with a double break to my hand, a coeliac diagnosis and deciding to leave my career after 15 years.”

The fitness influencer then goes onto reveal what she did to pull off the impressive results. She only made three changes to her lifestyle, and the results are super impressive.

Jo exaplined: “Reduced alcohol to 1 x a week. This made a drastic and positive impact on caloric intake, food choices and gut comfort. Sleep scores on my whoop on average are way better, yet still awful after any alcohol, even 1 glass.

“Cutting down on ultra processed foods. This has been huge for me. I’m still a sucker for sweets, but in general I have overhauled to make lots of meals from scratch, aim for whole foods and reduced takeaways – which works because less alcohol and all that.”
