People think you have to be super strict with your diet to lose weight.

But according to one fitness guru, this isn’t quite the case, as success doesn’t always come from restrictions. Isabelle Morris, AKA Fitness for Lazy Girls to her 110,000 Instagram followers, is known for sharing fitness advice online.

She often posts body positive content as she wants women to know they can look great without restricting what they eat all the time. Recently, she promoted this message again in a very big way.

Isabelle recently shared two pictures side-by-side to show how her body has changed within the last 10 months. She’s lost around a stone – and did so by making some simple changes.

Even though she made a lot of progress, she hasn’t hit her goals by eating less. Instead, food has been the fuel her body has needed to succeed.

“I have been in a mini fat loss phase again for the past 2-3 months! There is absolutely nothing wrong with either photo, and I worked really hard to get to the picture on the left! But it feels good to know I showed up for myself consistently, pushed myself hard and made changes I’m proud of.
