Enhanced Strength Training Programs

SH1FT Fitness, in collaboration with 24 Hour Fitness, has introduced two new fitness programs — MODUS MOVE and MODUS MOBILITY. These programs aim to enhance the strength training experience by integrating elements of mobility and functional training while addressing the evolving needs of gym-goers.

MODUS MOBILITY is an active recovery class focused on a functional range of motion training and modern stretching techniques. It utilizes science-based techniques to enhance mobility, flexibility, and stability. MODUS MOVE, on the other hand, delivers longevity training that emphasizes stability, neuromuscular activation, and athletic skills. The program incorporates sports and gameplay elements to keep the training engaging and varied.

Both programs are designed to be delivered in a small group setting, fostering an immersive and supportive environment. The classes operate on an eight-week cycle, with periodic tests and challenges to monitor progress and maintain engagement. Additionally, SH1FT Fitness offers digital classes via the 24GO member app, ensuring accessibility for members unable to attend in-person sessions.
