Davis Polk Expands With Infrastructure Partner Elena Millerman

Elena Millerman joins Davis Polk as a partner and co-head of its infrastructure finance practice in New York, the firm said Monday.

Millerman advises clients on high-profile financings in the Americas and internationally, primarily in the infrastructure, power, and oil and gas sectors, according to the firm.

She counsels on commercial arrangements in energy and infrastructure projects, and has extensive experience with acquisition financings, project bonds and private placements, other debt-structured products, and equity financings, the firm said.

She joins from White & Case.
