Carrie recently announced the launch of her new fitness app, fit52.

She posted a workout photo on Instagram to promote the app with a giveaway.

Carrie appeared to be working out in her home, which is fitting as her app is meant for exercise to be accessible for all.

She sat on the floor smiling in a hamstring stretch.

The photo was captioned, “Ready to build a wellness routine that sticks? We’ve got you.”

The caption continued to describe the rules of the giveaway.

Interested users could try the app for free for 30 days by signing up at the link in fit52’s Instagram bio and tagging a friend.

Carrie Underwood’s Family

The American Idol winner had relationships with Chace Crawford and Tony Romo but she ultimately walked down the aisle with Mike Fisher.

Mike is a Canadian retired hockey player from Peterborough, Ontario.

In October 1999, Fisher made his NHL debut with the Ottawa Senators.

He played for the Senators until he was traded to the Nashville Predators.

One of the reasons he agreed to the trade was so he could be close to his wife Carrie.

On December 20, 2009, Carrie and her former hockey captain hubby announced their engagement.

On July 10, 2010, Carrie Underwood and Mike tied the knot after almost two years of dating.

More than 250 people were in attendance at their wedding ceremony at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge in Greensboro, Georgia.

Carrie’s engagement ring from Mike features a yellow diamond and was valued at $150K.

In February 2015, the couple welcomed their first child; a son named Isaiah.

In January 2019, the singer and the pro athlete expanded their family further with the birth of their second son Jacob.

The singer has been active in the health and wellness industry, designing an athleisure wear brand called CALIA, that has been on shelves for five years.

Carrie also published a book titled, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the fit52 Life.

“Fitness is a true passion for me,” Carrie said in a press release.

“The fit52 app incorporates what I’ve been doing myself for years, and we’ve made it easy and totally accessible for anyone that wants help to work in working out.

“We worked really hard to create a high-quality, user-friendly app that is designed for busy people and their busy lives. fit52 meets you wherever you are on your health journey, and I’m so proud of it.”

The app is branded as a holistic, community-powered wellness platform.

The program is based on a deck of cards, with each suit representing a different target area of the body.

Users typically purchase workout apps for solo exercise, but fit52 allows users to motivate each other.

The app launched on March 2, 2020, and Carrie released her corresponding health and wellness book a day after.

She has been sharing pictures of her workout journey on social media ever since.
