Amazon responds to video showing delivery driver’s crude act

Amazon is responding to a video that shows a delivery driver urinating on a Southern California customer’s front porch.

The doorbell cam footage was recorded on Wednesday at Derek Bowen’s home in Riverside.

“The driver shows up to my front door … scans the package and then turns around and decides to urinate right in front of my camera – completely exposed,” he told an RMG News photojournalist.

Bowen said the man also relieved himself on his children’s bicycles.

In a statement to KTLA Friday afternoon, Amazon said the driver was not an Amazon employee but rather a contractor.

“This type of behavior is unacceptable and we’ve reached out to the customer to apologize,” said spokesman Richard Rocha. “We’ve also taken steps to ensure the driver no longer delivers packages for Amazon.”
