Tollywood star Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently shared glimpses of her vacation with fans and followed up with highlights from a well-spent day on her Instagram. Known for her focus on health, she frequently shares workout routines and dietary insights. Her latest posts feature nutritious meals and an intense workout regimen.

On June 25, Samantha took to her Instagram stories and uploaded a series of pictures from her day. She shared a picture of a balanced lunch menu containing an adequate amount of protein, fiber, broth, and probiotics. The next picture is a mirror selfie in which she wrote, “Training, Session 1 Weight Training.” The last click is a selfie with Martial Arts trainer Raakesh Yadhav, and she captioned the picture, “Session 2 Martial Arts.” Finally, she shared a picture in which she looks tired and sits alone in a chair, writing, “Session 3 DEAD.”


Samantha shares the importance of keeping both body and mind stable and healthy ever since she was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Myositis.

On the work front, she will next be seen in the Telugu movie ‘Bangaram,’ which also marks her debut as a producer. She will also play alongside Varun Dhawan in ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny.’ Directed by Raj and DK, the series will premiere on OTT this year.
