CRANBERRY TWP., VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) — Venango County is set to welcome a new Marshalls clothing store, marking a significant development for the local retail landscape.

The announcement, which has generated considerable excitement and anticipation within the community, was made during Venango Regional Planning Commission according to The Derrick.

The opening of Marshalls is expected to bring substantial economic benefits to the area, including job creation and increased retail activity.

“Marshall’s (sic) is coming to Venango County!!!!” said Building Back Venango County in a Facebook post sharing the news. “The store will be built out in Cranberry between Home Depot and Dollar Tree. It is super exciting to be getting a clothing store back in the area as well as adding some more jobs!”

The new Marshalls will benefit from the foot traffic generated by nearby stores such as Dollar Tree and Kay’s Jewelers, enhancing the overall retail environment. The developer initially planned three buildings in the development, two of which are finished. Marshalls will occupy the third building, completing the planned development.
