Howie Mandel found wife in pool of blood with skull exposed after ‘tipsy’ fall in Las Vegas hotel

Howie Mandel detailed his wife’s gruesome facial injury after a recent Las Vegas trip gone wrong.

The “America’s Got Talent” judge explained to “Live With Kelly and Mark” viewers that his “tipsy” wife got up in the middle of the night and fell in their hotel room.

“She headed into the wall,” Mandel recalled. “And she fell and hit the wainscoting. She hit that as she went down. She slipped, went down, hit that on her eye, then fell on the floor and broke her cheek.”

After hearing Terry Mandel go down, Howie turned on a light and saw her lying with “blood … pooling” around her head.

“You could actually see her skull,” he revealed to horrified audience members. “It opened up.”

The comedian shared a photo of the 68-year-old’s wounds, from a gash in her forehead to a bruised eye.

“I freaked out,” he said of seeing her face. “I picked her up, I put her on the bed. There’s blood every[where].

“I went and grabbed all the towels, and all the towels are covered with blood,” Howie continued. “And she’s going, ‘Get me ice. Get me ice.’”

The actor tried to comfort her with multiple cold soda cans from the mini fridge — which she threw across the room.

After Howie communicated with the front desk and begged the security guards that they sent to call 911, he went with Terry to the hospital.

The former “Deal or No Deal” host clarified that his partner has been “doing well” since the accident and looks “absolutely perfect” without any scarring.

Howie and Terry have been married since 1980 and share three children — son Alex and daughters Jackie and Riley.

The high school sweethearts met in line for food, with Terry, then 14, loaning Howie money for French fries since he was “a couple bucks short.”

He once joked to “Today” show viewers that he has been “paying her back ever since.”

The duo didn’t date for years after meeting because Terry “didn’t want to go out with” her now-husband.
