Police seek help with ID of Planet Fitness ‘hand chair’ thieves in Wake Forest

WAKE FOREST, N.C. (WNCN) — Wake Forest police are asking the public’s help to lend a “hand” locating Planet Fitness theft suspects.

Police said that the suspects are wanted in connection with the June 2 theft of two large “hand chairs” from Planet Fitness valued at over $400.

“We understand that the suspects are not easily identifiable in the surveillance images,” said a police official, “But someone coming home with giant purple and yellow hand-shaped chairs should be memorable.”
