Vikings’ ‘Winter Warrior’ Uniforms Revealed in Epic Justin Jefferson Photos, Video

Now that Justin Jefferson has a new contract, he will be one of many Minnesota Vikings players donning their new “Winter Warrior” alternate uniforms during the 2024 season.

The Vikings’ all-white helmet and jerseys that will be worn for a winter whiteout game when they host the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football on Dec. 16 were revealed on Thursday.

Several teams have added an all-white look to their uniform rotation in recent years. The Cleveland Browns debuted theirs in Week 2 on Monday Night Football last season against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Cincinnati Bengals have had an all-white alternate jersey and pants combination since 2016. They added an all-white helmet starting in the 2022 season.

The vibes in Minnesota are very positive right now. Jefferson signed the richest deal in NFL history for a wide receiver on Monday when he got a four-year, $140 million contract extension that ties him to the organization through 2028.

Minnesota was able to draft J.J. McCarthy in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft with the hope he will become the quarterback of the future. It will make his life much easier knowing Jefferson will be catching passes from him.

Now, the Vikings have added, arguably, the coolest alternate jerseys in the league to their resume. The winter-warrior look marks the first all-white uniform and helmet combination in franchise history.

They have used white jerseys and white pants in the past, but purple has always been the primary color for their helmets since the franchise’s inaugural season in 1961.

They are going to face stiff competition to win the NFC North from the Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers and ascending Bears, but none of those teams will be able to match the Vikings in the jersey department when they break out their new look in Week 15.
