Some time ago, Alaya F shared a video on her Instagram handle showcasing her fitness routine. The video highlighted the actress’ dedication as she practiced balancing a ball during her gym sessions. After consistent efforts, Alaya eventually mastered the skill like a pro.



While sharing the video, the actress wrote, “I felt unstoppable, might delete later (accompanied by a flexing bicep, tongue squinting, and a black heart emoji), and my journey with balancing on this ball has been so rewarding! Persistence really is an incredible thing! Mehnat ka phal.”

Priyanka Chopra, highly impressed by the inspiring video, expressed her admiration by dropping a clapping emoji in the comments section. Overwhelmed by Priyanka’s reaction, Alaya F responded, “@priyankachopra, omg, this is all the motivation I needed!! thank youuu”

While attempting to balance on top of the ball, the actress lost her balance and took a tumble. She wrote, “My most painful fail yet. (This is why it’s important to not try this at home without trained supervision and crash mats.)
