NCAA baseball tournament 2024: Odds for regional elimination games released

One top national seed is already out of the 2024 NCAA Baseball Tournament and several more could experience an early end to their season as they face elimination on Sunday in the regionals. Dallas Baptist stunned No. 13 Arizona with a 7-0 shutout defeat in the Tucson Regional on Saturday, putting it one step closer to a spot in a Super Regional.

Arkansas, East Carolina, Oklahoma and UC Santa Barbara are the national seeds just one loss from elimination following early defeats as regional hosts. They will each need to win a pair of games on Sunday to force a tiebreaker, which is scheduled for Monday. On the flip side, the rest of the national seeds are one win from punching their ticket to the Super Regionals as the push for one of the eight spots in the Men’s College World Series in Omaha, Neb., continues.
