Eiza Gonzalez has leapt to the defense of fellow star Jennifer Lopez following the singer’s cancellation of her This Is Me… Live tour.

‘I have to say the level of bullying that this woman has received in the last few months is so disturbing and heartbreaking,’ the actress, 34, wrote in a now-deleted Instagram Story Friday.

‘How can you complain about someone being mean while enjoying [sic] mean about them,’ she queried.

‘People are humans, make mistakes and some have personal things happening while also having to be constantly perfect in the public eye,’ she stated.

‘The world is a pretty complicated place. The best thing we could be doing now is be kind. We have no clue what people are experiencing,’ the Three Body Problem actress said.

Lopez, 54, announced she was cancelling the tour and would be ‘taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends,’ in a statement provided to DailyMail.com on Friday.

‘I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down,’ the Hustlers star said via her On The JLo website.

‘Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary,’ she explained.

‘I promise I will make it up to you and we will be together again.’

Although there had been reports of lagging ticket sales for the tour a source told Daily Mail, ticket sales were  actually doing well in most key cities and there had been a good uptick in demand.

The increase in ticket sales took place after the name of the tour was changed from This Is Me… Now, reflecting the name of the singer’s most recent album, to This Is Me… Live.

The cancellation also comes amid rumors that JLo’s marriage with Ben Affleck, 51, is going through a bumpy patch.

The couple married in in July 2022 in an informal Las Vegas ceremony, before walking down the aisle again the next month in a formal ceremony.

However, the pair have reportedly been living apart amid allegations of a rift in the relationship.

They were seen holding hands May 30, when they attended the high school graduation of Affleck’s daughter Violet, 18.

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the Let’s Get Loud singer said she is looking forward to being a homebody over the summer break.

‘I love to cook. My kids love to bake. I love hosting at home, family and friends, especially now that the weather is warmer. I like to have people over. I don’t like to go out a bunch,’ she asserted.
