Actor Hrishikesh Pandey, who was previously seen in the TV show, ‘Teri Meri Doriyaann’, where he was seen essaying the role of Yashraj Baweja is a fitness freak. The handsome actor is taking over the internet with his fit toned muscular body.
Talking about fitness he said, “Fitness implies the idea of being well. Good health and fitness are not something which one can achieve entirely on their own. It depends on our environment and the quality of food intake. It’s just not about going to the gym and working out. Building muscles and abs is part of being fit. But our day-to-day habits determine our actual fitness level. The quality of food, air, and water helps build our fitness level.”
Talking ahead about his fitness regime, The actor best known for his role as Inspector Sachin in C.I.D. revealed that he once covered a long distance from Juhu to Malad on foot.
He shared, “I make sure to have a look at my physical activity. I enjoy being engaged keeping my body more active and calm. Staying fit does help me in my profession but I believe fitness is equally important for everyone. A person stays happier when they are fit and healthy. A fit and healthy person is less prone to chronic diseases. A healthy mind reacts better in a stressful situation. The self-confidence of a person is increased. With the increased immunity power the body could fight against harmful bacteria and diseases. To keep myself fit, I enjoy walking. Post shoots many times I return home walking. I have covered a long distance once from Juhu to Malad on foot.”
Hrishikesh and actor Zain Imam are new BFFs in the town. The duo are Gym buddies.
Talking about his bond with Zain. He continued, “Zain with time became a dear friend of mine or say he’s my brother. We connected well while shooting for Bekaboo. And with time we are bonding well. We connect on mutual habits like we don’t smoke or drink or are into any addictions. We enjoy a love for sports and fitness. Now we both are fitness partners and try our best to encourage each other.”
