New Outdoor Fitness Court Unveiled in Lima

City of Lima officials announced the newest addition to that city’s recreational facilities.

The Lima Fitness Court is located along the Ottawa River Bikeway, between Main and Elizabeth Streets, south of the YMCA in Lima.

The outdoor gym allows users to leverage their own body weight to get a complete workout using seven stations. 

Created with people aged 14 and over and with all abilities in mind, the workouts are adaptable for all fitness levels, allowing participants to move at their own pace. 

Residents are invited to attend a Ribbon Cutting Event on Thursday, May 23rd at noon to learn more about how to use the Lima Fitness Court along with free programming coming this summer.
