Lily: Tell me about the new lead, Jenn Tran. What’s exciting about her?

Neia: Jenn was a fan favorite on Joey Graziadei’s Bachelor season earlier this year, and was beloved for her bubbly personality. She’s the first Asian American lead in the franchise’s 24-year history, which is huge for AAPI viewers like me.

Lily: What can we expect from this season?

Neia: In the trailer, Jenn teases that this is the “beginning of a new era.” I really think we’ll see Jenn at her most vulnerable, as she searches for the love of her life.

Lily: Are any contestants already standing out?

Neia: There is one! Fans are rallying behind Brett Harris, who’s been praised for defying traditional body expectations. I think fans have seen his casting as a breath of fresh air from the show’s historic trend.
