Travel back to the 1960s at Starlite Vintage Resort

(FREMONT COUNTY, Colo.) — Visitors to the Royal Gorge Bridge can also visit the past at the Starlite Vintage Resort, a 1960s-themed recreation resort with cabins, campers, and staged vintage cars that take visitors straight down memory lane.

“Our concept is very unique because we are the only immersive experience with an all-themed park, where each one of the trailers is either fully restored or fully renovated to its glory,” said Dirk Lange, spokesperson for the Starlite Vintage Resort. “Like this 1949 Spartan Spartanette here, where people can come and spend the night, spend a weekend, or the entire week in one of these beautifully restored campers.”

Besides easy access to the Royal Gorge, visitors can enjoy fishing and boating at nearby lakes, hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Forest, or cooling off in the resort pool.

The resort is at 30 County Road 3A in Cañon City, and reservations can be made by emailing reservations@starlitevintageresort.com or calling (719) 530-6450.
